Why are we calling the flop? Do we have some reads on his bet sizing?

We have an aggressive fish that we can expect to bet 2-3 streets and we don't have that much equity. Or are we calling to call him down?

Have you thought about a raise on the flop or just fold?

Just because he's the PFA, it doesnt mean that his hand is stronger. I mean, what range do we give him? His range is very wide here.

      I have A-high here.
Can I bluff? -dont think so
can I bet for value? not think so. Therefore I wouldnt 3bet on the flop.

But folding seems weak. Vs 2ndbarrel I fold if my equity doesnt grow.

I agree that we have the best hand here a lot but if you are only calling one street (and our equity is not great so we rarely improve) aren't we just burning money versus an aggressive fishy player?

Like in the previous hand with 77, folding may seem weak but our advantage comes from value betting when we hit and playing with equity. in this case we don't have either unless you want to call him down with A high.

      Hi Bogdan!

What do you think about X/R the flop as a bluff? This board probably is not the best for that, but I think it`s still +EV, as he`s c-betting so much.

We could fold as well and wait for a better spot.

I don`t really like calling, because as you said, villain could be 2barreling very often.

      Hi,

While raising could be an option we are playing versus a fish that can call light. Our equity isn't great and I don't really want to start bluffing fish on one or multiple streets.

Remember that value at these limits (and higher) versus fish comes from valuebetting not bluffing.

His BTN steal is wide here you should be 3 betting for value pre. He's going to fold a lot and when he does call he is still wide so you can stack him if you hit =) .
