Would this be a good spot to 4bet bluff? I never do and need to bring some to my game.
Villain must know I open wide from BU and has seen me 4betting premium hands + JTs has good playability.

J10s plays very well in a 3bet pot, we will often have some form of equity, even a back door flush draw adds an additional 5% equity.

In this spot I would call flop, our opponent can have AQ or other worse hands that he decided to 3bet bluff with. I don't think he will get too fancy on the turn so we can just call the flop and fold the turn.

If we had KJ then it would be better to 4bet bluff as we have a blocker to AK/KK meaning its less likely he goes all in and our bluff is more successful!
