Hello! This was played about two months back, villian plays about 32/24 he is spewy and likes to bluff. I just don't see many hands that got me beat on this turn as i expect villian to re raise all his sets on the flop if he haves any.
He got a low cb he is only cb once he hit so check raising is out of the option.

I actually see villian as quite polarized to a bluff then a straight.
      Villian got a low f3b only 45%.

honestly just don't see to many 9x in villians range except of 99 and maybe K9s and A9.

      turn is never a bet. It's either c/c or c/f and I usually c/f

      I really dislike the bet.

When he calls flop I think he has

      78, 89, 87, 109, 108, 107, 67, 68, 96 kind of hands, he will also have a10, j10 and maybe some flush draws.

On the turn when we bet vs this range he is going to have us beat most of the time, when we check he will bluff with a very small part of that range, and in fact he may only bet his flush draws as bluffs, but even those will have good equity as its hard to have a draw that doesn't pair with this baord or give straight outs, we even have the Kd meaning its less likely he has a flush draw.

So it seems like a pretty easy turn check fold.
