But as played, what do you think is the best play OTT? Do you see any point in raising? becouse a lot of ugly cards can come OTR and he can call w his draws as he can feel commited.

      Hey,

Pre flop looks good, we don't have room for 4b/folding and I don't think you are comfortable 4b/calling yet vs this opponent.

On the flop vs an aggressive guy who can raise a lot with KQ and other broadways I think I would just go ahead and raise and expect him to ship quite alot including all his draws, worse Qx and maybe even JJ sometimes!

On the turn its pretty tough because I'd expect him to just shove his draws on the turn instead of betting half pot.

Lets look at how we do vs just top pair +

      Equity Win Tie
      MP2 64.24% 62.48% 1.76% AQo
      MP3 35.76% 34.01% 1.76% QQ+, AQs, KQs, QTs+, KQo, QTo+

Now lets looks without the QT hands.

      Equity Win Tie
      MP2 58.85% 56.58% 2.27% AQo
      MP3 41.15% 38.88% 2.27% QQ+, AQs, KQs, QJs, KQo, QJo

      Still fine.

      Now without the QJ hands..

      Equity Win Tie
      MP2 45.32% 42.11% 3.21% AQo
      MP3 54.68% 51.46% 3.21% QQ+, AQs, KQs, KQo

Still ok with the dead money around.

So even vs a range that is PURELY for value we do well here (I'm assuming he doesn't squeeze 66/77/88.

So I'd go all in on the turn and feel happy :)

Is it your standard to raise depolarised in 3b pots? It just seems a bit thin to me.

Do you think if we call turn rather than raise villain checks river a lot & we get to SD with the best hand?
I think he probably still barrels the turn a lot, but checks most rivers with his bluffs since we shouldn't have too many weak hands in our range after we call twice. so tripling his blufs would be bad for him right?

Do you think it is exploitable to call twice planning on folding most rivers? At least until we have more info? Since I would assume he wouldn't triple this board as a bluff.

      Hey Danny,

I think when he bets turn he bet/calls almost all of his range, draws and value. We just saw what it would look like vs his value range above in the maths that I did so this shows that getting it in on the turn is going to be super profitable so I don't like the call line as he may even c/f KQ if the river comes a heart and we miss out on the value from the turn.

Ok thanks, that makes a lot of sense.
I'm still a bit hesitant with these sort of spots. As in, raising Cbets with TP hands.
Something i will be working on and posting here to discuss with you :)
