      I think Q9o is way too loose to 3-bet with, especially when he rarely folds to 3-bet. I'd wait for a better hand here.

      As played, I'd play post-flop the same way. Cbet 1/2 for value.

      I think it's important to decide - is your 3b is as a bluff or for value?

      What better hands are folding/weaker hands calling?

      But villain isn't folding much to 3bs - so when your bluffing what do you expect to fold?

      So when they're not folding to 3bs you shouldn't be bluffing, you should be 3betting wider for value especially when oop.

      => fold pre.

      I'd play post the same way too

      3-betting hands that are easily dominated and that don't have much equity postflop is a problem, especially OOP where we will see many more pots postflop.
      If we were on the button it would be better but still close. There are way more better hands we could be 3-betting here.

      Preflop: fold the hand

      As played we have to cbet but fold to any action. The biggest problem you'll have is when you get called on this flop. If we do get called we can ck/fold this hand as we can expect villain to check back worse PPs and even some better Qx while he would bet better hands (and some floats).
