      It depends on the stats, he probably had an overpair 88+, so I think going all-in is fine... The only thing that beats you here is a set, but on NL10 and if you don't use stats I don't think you should even consider it...

      If player is tight then getting it all-in on the flop is mistake, since he´d only call with set. I´d just call his min-raise and see what he does on the turn.

      you can't expect an NL10 player to be tight, can you?
      couldn't you call his flop raise with the intention of calling any turn bet?
