Well, I would consider 3betting with sth like AJo because we would have some blockers. :)

Flop cbet is fine and when he raises I think we have an easy call.

I doubt that people often bluff in this spot so we are most likely to be versus a strong hand.

I think vs a nit I'd like to call pre flop with a hand that plays very well and we can have a gameplan that makes him fold alot. For example, board is 872, turn is a 5, he bets and we raise he will just fold probably his entire range.

I would 3b/fold all hands without much plyaability vs a nit, so k9 etc.

I don't get it. He folds a ton to 3bets and his openingsrange is tight enough that we can't really play comfortably. Hitting top pair isn't great.

Why not just 3bet? I guess we could just call have he only folds like 60% to 3bets

We are not playing 910s to flop top pair or stack off with top pair. Our hand plays better when the pot to stack ratio is higher, similarily ot 67, 78 and pocket pairs. With KQ I'd prefer to 3bet as we have blockers and some reverse implied odds (if we think he is opening v tight) :)
