      Considering the flop texture and the range we'd like to get value from I would make it larger, something like $0.21+.

      As played I would also raise the turn for value. The 8 only helps 89 to get a pair and overpairs/draws are still there. Calling is losing us a LOT of value. Why do you call?

      As played I would call this small river bet. He could easily bet JJ, QQ like this or missed draws.
