      Hey,

I think this was the right play. Just want to be sure.

Guy was passive. Had 1 AF at the time. We don't beat even a lot of Kx

Would u size smaller preflop? We have to raise bigger with fish in the blinds right? My standard is 2x.
      His foldtocbet is 1/4

If you steal wide from BTN (over 60% or so), then rather use 2bb. With fish in BB K3o is on the boarderline, we could still open tough. But in this case I would use 2bb with the bottom of my range, and 3bb with stronger valuehands. Fish wont notice anyway... :)

As played, I think I'd also fold turn, maybe he could bluff the Ace sometimes, but he could easily have it as well, we just dont have info on that. Calldown, and note would be another option, but I'd rather just fold.

      +1!!!

And if we call turn we will have to call most rivers aswell. I think it's a good fold, donks are usually something ^^.

      Hey,

      Some solid advice so far.

Would even be more inclined to make it smaller because of effective bbs with the big blind.

As played I would fold turn, its possible hes betting Kx on the turn for cheaper shodwon (he expects you to bet bigger) and we beat no Kx, if we had KQ I would likely call.

Yeah my standard openraise is 2x on the button but with fish in blinds 2.5x. Why should we make it smaller with bad hands? You say they won't notice but they are also human, u know... I think everyone picks up betsizes.

      Am I wrong?

I think you are wrong. Fish are bad players, they usually dont notice things. And even if they notice sometimes (that betsizes differ, not necessarly connect them with good-bad hands, observe showdown, etc.), they hardly adjust if at all.
So just play your hands according to their value. Steal cheap with worse ones, openraise bigger for value with better ones.
