Is there a way out of this???

I do know that raise on the turn means a ton of strength but my hand was too strong to admit that I'm just beat.

btw, He is 12/1/1.8 tight passive type of guy so I was a little concerned about this.

      Hello,

Preflop we could go for 4bb raise.

On this flop I would bet more for the following reasons:
      - we have a very strong hand here and we want value
      - the board is quite connected
      - there won't be much difference if we bet $0.35 or $0.25 here, so I'd just go for the $0.35.
Alaso if we bet $0.35 the pot on the turn will be just a little smaller than the effective stack and we could shove.

On the turn bet/calling is fine.

      Best,
      Plamen
