should I have bet the turn? I mean since he usually fold to CB, it's reasonnable to think he has a queen, and then the K is a scare card, am I correct?

      Openraise 4BB.
I would at least bet 4.5$ or 5$ at flop.

You can bet turn too, He might hold a flushdraw, but I prefer checkbehind and check/fold river.

If you think that player can fold Q, then you should bet turn, since K is scared card for him. But I'd also check behind to keep the pot small and don't think he´d bluff that often on the river, so I can fold against his bet.
