I called due to having good odds here, but should aybe give up already on flop when villain bets into multiway, on turn his bet indicated some weakness I thought, however his bet on river I kinda felt he had me, really wanted to call there aswell, maybe I should have...

I think villain bluffs alot, since he has such a low wtsd, but he does seem to win them... wait for better spot, or would a call down have been fine?

Our hand doesn't really play that well postflop, multiway OOP so I wouldn't mind just folding it preflop.

      As played flop looks fine.

The question is: if you know you are up against an aggressive guy what can we expect, on average, to happen after he bets the turn? Do we expect him to check and give up a lot?

Once you have the answer to that question you will realize that calling turn to fold river will be on the weaker side so just fold turn.
