      Considering his stack is only 42.5 bbs shouldn't we raise at some point to get all the money in? We left him about 0.84 behind.

      Personally I would raise the turn but not big, something like $1.5-$1.8 and of course go with the hand.

      He can call many worse like 8x, 99, TT, JJ, Kx.
