CO showed 2 2 and lost (-$0.35 net)

1)On this spot first time i were thinkin to squeeze.
But both players are tight passive so the raiser could have in my opinion 77+'Ak;AK which i am in front.
      His stats(utg) are:14/10/1/0/100/51 vpip/pfr/Af/3bet/w$sd/hands.
      The MP stats are:11/8/1.6/2.7/67/246
1)On flop i should have raised agaisnt his smal bet.
2)On turn my call is ok?

Squeezing would turn our hand into a bluff so I don't like that option much (unless we can't make enough money postflop by just calling).

His flop bet is usually very polarized. By raising we run the risk of folding all his weak hands and keep in the better although draws would most likely just call, along with 9x, TT. On the other hand there is another guy behind and the board is really wet so we need to consider raising for thin value and protection however if he 3-bets we need to fold most of the time.

So I would make it about $0.35 or so and play from there.

As played, we could raise the turn (and fold) for thin value and protection against low pairs and overcards with a diamond.
