What is the best River line?? I thought that x/c is bad, x/f seems also bad so I decided to bet/fold for value. Is this fine??

yes you should defo value bet river too, unless you've got some read on him that he bluffs missed draws when checked to

when you get raised it's pretty clear fold imo without any special reads

he's loose passive. this means he has a ton of suited junk pre, but also many KX hands which won't fold to a halfpot bet. You are a favourite vs his river calling range so you have a value bet. At the same time since he's passive he rarely bluff raises.

So yes, your line is optimal.
