      hmmm i think you may have value.
      Assuming he never traps and slowplays AA/KK/QTs/KJ/AJ on the Flop which is a very reasonable assumption on this texture, you probably have the best hand on the River. Could consider making a small raise to $3.

      I would call 3 streets if this guy started betting on the Flop cos he could have so many better hands still. But I think checking the Flop eliminates almost all better hands from his range

      I would also at least call the river if not raise for thin value as mbnl pointed out.

      However I do expect villain to slowplay some hands but also expect him to bet even AQ like this and bluffs (after all we checked the flop and he can assume we never check a strong hand).
