Villain is kinda loose and could have any 4, 98 or be slowplaying a set. With little information on him, is this a clear call or a clear fold?

      Preflop: looks good

Flop: I like the big bet, we can even make it bigger

Turn: The high card is a bit of a scare card but we can still get value from 7x+, clubs and even spade draws now so a bit bet is g ood.

The river completes a few draws but most flush draws have missed and villain can be block betting a hand like 78 or TT so I would call here as well.

I wouldn't raise the river for value because he may not call those small hands (although he kinda comitted himself because a shove would be only $3.57 over his bet so essentially a min raise.
