This is a call read-less, since I think you are ahead of his opening range. I gave him a 12.5% opening range.

      Equity Win Tie
      MP2 50.56% 46.74% 3.82% 22+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, AJo+, KQo
      MP3 49.44% 45.62% 3.82% AQo

So my calling range here by default is AQ, 22-JJ, perhaps KQs and AJs if he's slightly looser, and even AJo/KQo if he's really loose. You could add in some suited Aces and suited connectors too if he opens 18%+ of hands.

Your preflop hand selection should also be influenced by your postflop options. If he just folds to raises everytime on the flop then technically you can call with really trashy hands and still make a profit by raising all the time.
