      I think balancing is not necessary on this limit.
      On the Flop, do you think it is good to bet 1/2 pot(bluff) and bet 3/4 pot(value)? or bet 1/2 pot for value also because 3/4 is too scary?

      And yes, I prefer to halfpot with air and 3/4 pot with bluffs. No one is taking notes of your bet sizing cos if they were that perceptive they would be playing higher limits. Of course you don't want to make it overly obvious, like potting or over betting when you have the nuts and betting really tiny like <halfpot when you have air. But some minor changes in bet sizing will usually go unnoticed
