On the turn I wanted to fill up the pot so I went for check/raise since the pot was very small. On the river I was afraid of flush so I made a kinda block bet. If he raises- clear fold? maybe even call, because its a fish?

Preflop: Hero is BB with T, J.
2 folds, CO calls $0.04, 2 folds, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.1) A, 8, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.08, CO calls $0.08.

      Turn: ($0.26) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.18, Hero raises to $0.72, CO calls $0.54.

      River: ($1.7) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.44, CO calls $0.44.

      Final Pot: $2.58.

      Hi,

I would just go ahead and bet the turn. He might check back a lot of the hands you want to get value from, and therefore you miss a lot of value. As played I would go slightly bigger on the river, maybe around 0.6, but like you say if he raises it's a clear fold.
