I sometimes delay CB after flop went checked to know strength of my hand.
      is this bad play?
if I get flush draw on the flop,of course I go CB.

I think bet or delay cbet on Flop are both options. I prefer delaycbet on more coordinated flops (flops with 2 broadways or 2 middle cards).

This particular flop is more of a dry flop (J and 7 aren't really too connected, though you have T8 T9 89 with straight draws), and it's paired and rainbow too.

Therefore I slightly prefer a flop bet but I'm not hating your play.
