I agree with you and I don't expect him to have any two pair/sets/TPTK/ overpairs on flop because I expect him to cbet and even if he slowplays I expect him to raise on turn. So basically on the river you can be sure you have the best hand. What is the reason to check?
I don't think he will often bet with missed draws as I don't think he has a lot of these after checking back the flop. So imo a big part of his range on the river are bluffcatchers and as all draws miss I believe he will bluffcatch you often => valuebet river.

      i dunno on preflop

postflop we shouldn't have a lot of bluffs because we just cold called a 3bet oop!!1
we have the best hand reeaally often when he checks behind, but our perceived range is so strong on such a board.

usually i would like to bet something close to pot on river as we can rep missed draws, but in this case i would just halfpot the river

I don't think AK is a very good hand to cold call a 3bet with. If BU is really tight, just fold AK. If he is loose enough you should 4bet and stack off.

Turn: You have the best hand here 90%+ of the time. So I see no reason for you to check the River. Just bet twice.
