Preflop: So his continuation range is like 40% X 30% = 12%. I'll assume he 4bets JJ+/AK or maybe even TT so he's left with a 9% calling range. Probably some AQ/AJ/KQ and some mid pairs, perhaps some stronger suited broadways and connectors.

You should have a game-plan in mind before checking the Flop.

      a) How many streets am I prepared to call? 1,2,3 ?
      b) Stick to your plan unless the board runs out weird (like a K + J)

I don't think he reps much besides a pot-controlled AX. It doesn't make sense for him to check back Flop with AQ though he might since he's a nit.

I would expect to see AJ here a fair bit, but then again it could be some random bluff. maybe A6s? (but not so likely cos he's tight).

His river sizing is also inconsistent. He bets so large compared to on the Turn (which means he's only repping A6s) cos if his hand was medium strength why would he suddenly blast the river?

I think I would call and write a note. I'm a little concerned with his large sizing, but still the line seems illogical and inconsistent.

I'd bet the turn and river for 1/2 pot. It forces him to call down with 9x+. If he's really tight and he checks back AQ,AJ, then checking twice should be fine.

As played, u should call the river. Especially that sizing. Looks really suspicious, like mbml said.

I don't see any reason to bet flop, so checking should be the best play. Betting atc on this board most likely is +EV, but checking is much better. ofc it's harder to play that way.
