Im realizing that i might cbet under the optimal in 3bet pots, my stat is in 45%. I almost only cbet when i made a decent hand or pared board with overcards..
My overall cbet is 74%. what is considered a more or less standard value for cbet 3 way? I feel that mine is far below the average.

U can cbet this, but u will have to barrel many turns and rivers to make it profitable.

      By this u meant 3bet or 3way ?

I don't really check my cbet % in 3way pot, but I would assume it's between 50-60. I think getdotacom made a really good point about cbetting on that board. It's really true that you need to 2 or 3 barrel a lot.

I think you are never folding pair + gutshots on the Turn. Thus you would need to fire 3 streets to fold out those weak hands and perhaps even JX.

I don't think you should be too concerned with this particular flop though. While we might have one of the best no pair hands on this board, it's still really coordinated. As mentioned earlier, I think JTX is a standard cbet. JT8/JT9 seem fine to cbet cos we have OESD/double gutter, JT7 just has so many hands which can continue such as 89 T8 T9 78 79 J9 J8.

I would definitely fire with 2 overs + BDFD + gutshot on JT2-JT6. And also I could fire ultra dry flops esp when I'm in early position repping a strong range on boards like AAXr. My opponents will be really hard-pressed to call a hand like 88 on this flop.

I checked my cbet in 3way pots and it's 48%. It's same as yours, only my overall cbet is 55%. So I guess something around 50% should be standard.
