      I don't like your plan. I have 2 options here for you

      1) Bet Turn Check River - 9X is still never folding. Betting for thin value with TT also allows you to bluff the Turn more, since you represent more value hands when you bet the Turned jack

      2) Check Turn call All Rivers - I think he could value bet 9X himself sometimes, he could float with overs like AQ, and he could randomly turn a hand like 77 into a bluff if he's bad.

      The problem is I don't see many 9x in villains range. Anyways, I like your option A and actually villain may actually call again with something like 77.
