Protection bet on flop and flush paranoia check on turn, but should I lead instead?

Well flop bet is clearly pure value and then protection. Protection is usually a byproduct of a different type of bet.

Considering that MP1 limped he can have a ton of worse hands that can still call a turn valuebet like worse 2p (T8, T9, 98, A8, A9) and worse 1p like any ace.

If called and that J comes on the river we are check/folding most of the time.

Thanks, but what about flush danger? Usually 3 suited cards on board slows the action. Usually you don't consider 3 suited cards on board in heads-up? That villain can have flush?

He has way more one pair hands than flushes so turn is a clear bet. Ill bet again on a blank river as well. U need to bet smaller though if u want him to continue calling with one pair hands so potting would be bad.
