I know that first mistake is actually raising with A8o UTG, I usually don't. Anyway with nuts FD I think it's okay to c-bet and call a 3-bet, because I have decent odds? But what about the turn line? Should it be C/F? Maybe a call, when Villains bet is about half a bot?

Fold turn. Nitty flop fold is also fine, just because you have the NFD doesn't mean you have to play it, if we miss turn villain will not make life easy, and when the 4 flush gets there we likely don't get paid much to justify 2.5:1 OTF.

Preflop we have a really easy fold with A8o. Hand plays really terrible postflop and we will be a lot of the times out of position.

On the flop I'd make it $0.6.
When he raises I prefer folding because of the following reasons:
      - our draw is easily suspected - if we hit there would be four diamonds on the board and we will have a hard time extracting value.
      - we are OOP
      - we are not getting the right pot odds to call
      - we can't really check/call the turn with naked FD

As played on the flop, I think we have an easy fold on the turn.
