      1) A cbet would be really bad on this texture. I doubt you are getting folds more than 35% of the time. Look at the number of straight draws and pairs present.

      All Broadways have either straight draw or pairs
      All Middle Cards too like 78 89 T9 J9 79 T8
      Only thing you are folding out here is stuff like 22-66 and 56s 45s A5s type of hands which is a really small % of his range.

      2) Preflop raise is questionable (not saying it's bad) if you think there's a good chance that both of them call your raise. Limping behind is an option with a small PP when there are 2 limpers and you are in BU. Don't forget there's still SB+BB who can call, which will often create some chain reaction and it gets 3-4way, with your hand becoming almost useless.
