I dont know how to describe the meaning of the stats in terms of if the players a TAGy or LAGy in 6max so until I do Ill just post there stats unless I have less than 20 hands.

I would of used to just 3Bet/Fold this but a few evaluations on hands have changed my thinking so I called Vs this 3x, I think I would 3Bet Vs a 4x. On the Flop I hit TPGK so no point raiseing, on the Turn I hit 2 pair but some Straight draws complete so I decided to just call and keep bluffs in, and obv calling River aswell.

Preflop: Calling >>> 3betting as mentioned many times previously. You are not folding out too many better hands and not gaining value from worse. We are in position and it's easy to play. Vs 4BB against a tight raiser, AT could be used as a 3bet bluff as mentioned by you, because AT may become too weak to use as a calling hand. But vs the majority of players who steal very wide in SB, I would still call with ATo.

Postflop: I don't mind putting in a small raise on the Turn but we would have to stack off if he shoves cos we could beat A7 and A9. You could also call and minraise on the River. But if he's nitty and never paying us off with AK AQ then I see no point raising. Really depends on opponent.

Against a weaker player I raise turn all day long.
