Preflop: Hero is BB with K K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.60, CO raises to $1.80, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.60, MP calls $1.20

      Flop: ($5.50) 8 4 A (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $2.20, Hero folds, MP raises to $4.40, CO folds

      CO - 19/16/3%3b CO(2.5%overall),cbet 3bpot 80%,wtsd31,af 2.5 940h

      MP 18/11 90h
Cold 4 bet here would have probably isolated me only against KK+ vs CO and I expected MP to flat quite a lot if I only call like 77+,AQ+ maybe even looser so I decided to trap hands like QQ,AK in CO's range and pretty much every overpair and TP in MP's range on the flop and I probably wont be outdrawn very often. On the flop the A is quite likely holding in both of them so decided to just x/f
other Q:Is it ok to slowplay it pre or standard 4bet is better?

In general I agree with your reasoning. CO is probably aware that MP is tight and will have adjusted by tightening his 3bet ranges. If you cold 4bet, he should continue very very narrow.

However, this is only true if you know CO is good enough to realize this. What are CO's stats? Does he seem reggy?

Another factor that also always needs to be taken into consideration is the fact that we are OOP. This point always should make us more inclined to 4bet, since postflop is going be less profitable out of position.

But overall, I agree with your reasoning, and I do not think position plays an equally important role in a 4bet pot. As played on the flop, I would also check/fold. It is very likely that either of them has an ace.
