I'm playing without a HUD. Everyone is unknown.

Don't expect villain to bet worse on the turn, okay to c/f this card?
Expecting to be behind mostly if villain bets, expecting a free showdown vs 8x?

Preflop: Considering that BB may be fishy (stack size) I don't mind calling. Otherwise we can also 3-bet the weak open + call to attack the dead money (3-bet would be as a bluff).

Flop: If we donk out here I would make it larger for value/protection.

Turn: Since CO called us and he is the preflop caller his range can't contain as many overpairs (QQ+ or even AK and some AQ) so that's good for us.

However his range will contain a lot of suited aces so we just lost potential value from a lot of his range.

If we check the turn (which is what I would do that) I am check folding.

Once he checks back his range will mostly have an 8x, TT, JJ or a draw.

River: Since all fds complete and 87 I would still check. We could bet to get him to fold TT/JJ but thats a small portion of his range, so ck/fold is fine.
