      Why fold the flop? He has Qx way more often than he has a set, i'd just jam as many chips in here as possible.

      edit; the board is so dry you could even play it a bit passively if you wanted to, just call the flop and get more value from him on the turn.

      This is an interesting scenario.

      Usually we tell everyone that against unknown we bet and fold to raises even with hands like this.

      If he is truly unknown I would still have a hard time giving him credit raising on this board. He would probably raise 33-66 because we are a bit deep but people also slowplay these hands a lot.

      I would most likely not 3-bet nor fold so I would call and play the turn with the intention of keeping the pot small and getting to showdown.
