      I think the raise preflop is a little bit loose, i'm also not really sure about the turn. I think checking behind is pretty safe on the river.

      F: Sure, bet for protection and some thin value
      T: When both of them call you, I think it's unlikely that both of them have draws. You have 99 which blocks T9s so less likely they can have straight draws. So I think on average on one guy has some pair and the other has some draw.

      Do you have value betting again? I would think so with JJ, but not with 99. I probably check the Turn.

      River: Definitely no value now so I give up.
