What is the optimum line PF? Should i set mine(call and fold if i don't hit) or should i still raise?
I am more inclined to raise and think that i should have raised to at least 1.5$.

What about turn? check-fold? It looks like villain has pp and only pp i beat is TT.

      PF: It really depends on
      1) His opening range
      2) His Fold to 3bet %
      3) His 4bet %

Generally when there's a squeeze spot I usually prefer squeezing JJ to calling in a 3way.

If he opens a wider range of 17%+ then squeezing JJ seems better
If he folds a lot to 3bets then perhaps it might not make sense to waste JJ, if he's rarely calling TT/99/88/77
If he doesn't 4bet too much, then we may have to 3bet/fold JJ. If he 4bets with a high frequency, then we have to 4bet/broke with JJ.

Turn: Definitely a c/f. I think he folds AQ/AJ/KQ on the Flop. And you are not beating anything on the Turn besides TT as you pointed out correctly.
