Fairly standard I think, except the sizing. Should I bet the turn bigger so I can more comfortably get all my money in on the river? I now basically had to bet pot size to get it in, and I felt like he would fold his Kx type hands to such a bet so I bet pretty small on the river, but obviously would have preferred to stack him.

1: Bet the turn bigger and then shove the river?
2: As played, just shove the river anyway or bet small like I did?

Preflop calling is kind of close, but considering that we have position, and also he is most likely to be some kind of fishe since he has 67bb I think calling is ok.

I'd bet $0.7 on the flop.

On the turn I would make it around $1.5-$1.6 and put the rest in on the river.

As played on the turn, I still prefer maximizing our value and shoving the river.
I don't think his range would change significantly if we shove here.
