      UTG: $12.46

      CO: $10.15

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has 4:diamond: 4:spade:

UTG raises to $0.30, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.30, fold, fold

      Flop: ($0.75, 2 players) 4:heart: 5:diamond: 9:diamond:
UTG bets $0.50, Hero raises to $1.40, fold

      Hero wins $1.64

Raising is pretty mandatory here, my only question is about the sizing. Should we raise larger here?

      Pretty standard preflop.

So if we raise 14bb the flop then the pot on the turn will bet 35.5bb. If we go for something like 26 on the turn there would be 87.5bb on the river and we could shove for the remaining 57bb.
Let's say we raise to 17bb on the flop.
Then there would be 41.5bb on the turn and we could bet 30bb there, and shove the river for the remaining 50bb.

I actually prefer more the second think because:
      - we charge his weaker hands (those who are just calling the flop and folding the turn) more
      - we have to bet only 50bb on the river, so we would give him better odds to call

I think those little things can increase our winrate if we do them.
