      Over 100h and Villain seems very LAG and has 3barreled bluff potsize bets in the past.
      But I still only have A high + gutshot and dont feel like I can bluff him.

      I think you don't even need to bluff him since you can very well realize your equity IP here. I think you have the best hand quite often, you have outs to improve and you get good prices based on your pot equity. From my experience this line is a hand like flushdraws, OESDs, maybe gutshots or a medium/weak Qx, all Tx. You should be OK to call down against that range and could consider bluffing but it's not worth the risk of raise/folding against flushdraws, OESD and the occasional value hand he plays like this.
