Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, Q.
3 folds, BU raises to $1.25, SB calls $1.00, Hero calls $0.75.

      Flop: ($3.75) 6, 6, 2 (3 players)
SB bets $1.00, Hero calls $1.00, BU folds.

      Turn: ($5.75) 6 (2 players)
SB bets $3.00, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $5.75.
      BU stats in 81 hands vpip30 pfr16 af1,3 wtsd11 w$sd50 pfr20 from BU steal from BU 40 fold to 3bet 0 SB stats in 43 hands pfr34 pfr17 af1,8 wtsd20 w$sd0 fold to 3BET

should I squeeze in this situation?
and my turn fold was good? I thought he had pairs.

PF: Squeezing should be your default play. Don't like calling especially in these positions. If they 4bet you, then you should shove vs aggressive 4bet bluffers and fold vs more passive opponents.

I probably just fold the Flop right away (mostly due to position with BU acting behind you). BU could easily squeeze you (I think you are rarely strong here when you overcall SB's donkbet like that).

In HU pot I would never fold AQ high on this board though.
