      Hi Gao,

Preflop: If BB is a fishy player I don't mind the call although if he is a regular I'd prefer to either 3-bet or fold.

      Flop: As played, have we considered a ck/raise as a semi-bluff (we'd fold to a 3-bet)?

We have 6 high and we could represent all sets, 9J and NFD.

Turn: That turn card is not a great barrel card yet villain continues betting big which implies that he either valuebets a Jx+ (Jx, 9x, overpairs) or bets a draw. I can't see him bluffing that blank card much.

So the question I have for you: what do we hope to fold with one raise? If we raise the turn we should consider jamming most rivers (we are representing a 9x usually and rarely a slowplayed set).
