      River: (47.5, 2 players) 4:spade:
Hero bets 16 BB, CO calls 16 BB

PF: Bet for value and to start building pot.

F: Got top pair, top kicker so an easy bet for value against weaker aces and Qx hands. Also able to protect myself from any gutshots or draws that my opponent could have.

T: After the turn pairs the board, I still think I have the best hand on average since it is more likely that my opponent would call with a weaker ace than a Qx holding. I bet in order to get value from the weaker aces and also to protect myself from the draws again. If my opponent raises, I have an easy fold.

R: I hope to get to showdown cheaply so I bet roughly 1/3 pot to try and see a cheap showdown, getting the final bit of value from Ax holdings and also keeps the pot small if I'm beat.

      Hi Raknyo,

Peflop/Flop/Turn: looks fine, (maybe slightly bigger bet on flop).

River: I think we are lossing value from Ax here. I can see villain calling most Ax hands for at least 1/2 pot if not 2/3 pot. By betting 1/3 we are also potentially inducing a raise and since you mentioned you are trying to see a cheap showdown that implies you are folding to a raise.
