      Don't really like my raise pre against a fishy short stack. I'd prefer to just fold it.

      As played though, just check/fold it down? I think I would've preferred to just fold it on the turn, because I couldn't call another bet anyway, and he easy could have me beat or have tons of equity against me if he doesn't have me beat yet.

      Hi.

      I think your raise is good. Unless he's a hyper aggro shortstack. but if he calls a lot you can win postflop so often with your skill/position/initiative advantage.

      Now, i'm not too sure about his flop calling range. the wider it is, the more you'll need to call the Turn. You can also give up since 98 isn't really a great hand on that board.

      I think it's fine to fold river. 9X is at the bottom of your range, you could call with JX though.
