      he had 2/4 4bet and 2/4 foldto3bet
      40% sb open

      preflop:
      I don't want to 3bet because he looks like he wants to play back

      Hi,

      Flop play is standard. I only raise against people who are weak. Against any decent opponent, I would be repping nothing if I did raise the Flop (because I would always call with sets and raise the Turn). As such, on such dry flops when you cannot rep much by raising, I would just call or fold with my entire range.
