      Preflop raising is fine.

      I don't like your cbet size though.
      I'd make it $0.5-$0.6 here. If you had AK would you bet 1/2 and why?
      When he raises I don't mind calling since the board is dry.

      On the turn shoving is ok. I really don't expect him to fold anything here.

      i usually bet ~3/4 when the board is wet, ~1/2 when it's dry.

      probably i would have made it at .4-.5 with AK, true (i want a little fold equity). but here i was nervous about losing him, and not scared of the board at all.
