      Hey,

Is this a fold preflop due to the low pfr of utg?

      Hi Farma,

Considering that CO is short and seems a bit fishy calling here behind is fine as well. Very often UTG will play face up and even though he may seem tight it's only 73 hands (and he has a fish behind).

3-betting as a bluff is also an option but SPR is weird if CO calls.
