1)PF i decided to OR because in the blinds where Tight Passive players so i belived that they didnt defend so much blinds but i should have looked more at the D who is 31/5/1.9/10.5/50/69 vpip/pfr/Af/3bet/w$sd/hands and he could call my OR.
2)On the flop with OESD i decided to bet and against his minbet(15/10/2/0/50/149 vpip/pfr/Af/3bet/w$sd/hands)I folded. For a second i belive that i could called for teh implied odds but now i belive he could have some draws in his hands and 6c;Jc didnt improve my hands.

As far as I understood the BU is a 31/5, right?
If so, then I would probably be tending to fold this preflop, because we don't want to play OOP against this guy with this hand.

Cbetting the flop is quite standard with OESD here and your sizing is fine.
When he minraises it sucks, but I believe that since it is only a minraise we can call in position and reevaluate the turn since if he has a set he is most likely to go broke if we hit, also I don't really think that he would raise draws here, but I wouldn't really go crazy if the 6c hits the turn.
Folding isn't bad though, but I think we have enough implied odds.
