Villain was playing with stats 17/16 but with pfr 0/6 from MP in about 60 hands (I think his cbet percentage was over 80).

On Game No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (6 handed) - On Game Converter Tool from

      MP ($4)
      CO ($1.94)
      Hero (Button) ($3.99)
      SB ($3.90)
      BB ($4)
      UTG ($2.48)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, K
      1 fold, MP bets $0.12, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.12, 2 folds

      Flop: ($0.30) 5, 4, 6 (2 players)
MP bets $0.18, Hero calls $0.18

      Turn: ($0.66) Q (2 players)
      MP bets $0.38, Hero folds

      Total pot: $0.66

I first thought to 3bet and fold if he 4bets me but I eventually called because I thought that I could get more value playing this hand ip against him. What's the best way to play such hands against an opponent like him? Is calling ip occasionally still ok?

Preflop call is definitely better against this guy. Usually if you cannot 3bet and 5bet for value, then you should not 3bet in the first place UNLESS you are very sure that he ONLY 4bets stronger hands and calls with a ton of worse hands.

As played, flop call is fine. I wouldn't mind raising too but generally with the best 2 overcards I probably call. I suppose you can fold the turn after that.
