      I didnt bet the turn because i didn't expect lots of FE from him(he probably isnt folding any Q he called on the flop, and its questionable if he would have called 88-JJ on the flop and whether he will fold them on the turn) and I called river because I thought he might be bluffing with busted fds + the good odds

      Don't raise the Flop. I don't really see any point in that. We are in position and he never folds a Queen. Also, we don't dominate any worse flush draws cos the Flop texture is really dry with no straight draws besides 54s.

      I'm not going to comment on river cos you shouldn't have gotten yourself in this situation in the first place. His small bet could mean anything - Air, thin value bet with QX, or straight. Are you ahead enough? Perhaps? with such great odds. Would he ever bluff with this size though? Maybe since he's a fish. but we have Ac and Kc which blocks off many of his potential club draw combinations.
