Flop: I don't really like your plan to bet once and give up. Unless you had this huge read that he just check/folds on the Flop way too often. People often cbet such boards with air (I'm putting him on a hand with some showdown value at this moment) so if I were to bluff I would fire 2 or 3 streets really often.

Turn: You picked up some equity. I think you don't have the best hand for sure. Just bet again when you pick up equity and bluff many rivers (like this Queen).

But overall, I prefer to just give up on the Flop. I don't really like turning pairs into bluffs. There are so many other better hands that we could use for bluffing like QhJh or AcTc (hands with backdoor potential) and these hands have way lesser showdown value than 77. 77 beats Ace high and 6X so we should just check it down.
