What's his 3bet% from BU against CO?

Judging by the note he is very polarized so he probably flats QT, KJ, TT and such. With 14% flat and fishy SB he might just flat hands like J9s, 89s, Q9s and so on. This means that although you currently beat some of his hands, you are just flipping against his bluffs and crushed against his nut hands.

Overall, I don't like cbetting here at all. You are facing a regular that plays back a medium amount against cbets and doesn't call down. You won't be able to bet/bet/bet for value against him. Either you are aware he raises too light (which I can't say if he is or not) and you bet/raise (bet to induce really) or cbet less in general against him and create a strong check/calling range.
