This was probably a really questionable play, i was on the edge of tilting...

I was expecting a second bet on turn, so first i though about calling down, but it would be really hard to make another call with just 88 on river if i don't hit my GS, i was thinking that with a raise here i could really easily rep a set + i`m putting presure on 99-JJ.

What do you thinkg about the play?

      Hi Cozacu,

      Preflop: looks fine

Flop: Looks good. Can't really raise, unless we are turning our hand into a bluff.

Turn: I think our raise here doesn't make much sense.

Villain is either valuebetting a Kx+ or bluffing. If he is bluffing he will most likely fold (or rarely shove) and if he has Kx+ he usually continues.

So either way it's bad for us.

I would call turn and play the river. If you feel the opponent is aggressive you can call the river again however most guys at 10nl don't bluff 3 streets often.
